Are these products for research use only?
Yes. Everything we supply is intended strictly for laboratory research. Nothing in the catalogue is a medicine, and nothing is supplied for human or animal consumption.
What documentation comes with an order?
Where we hold batch documentation for the lot you receive, we provide it on request. We do not publish documentation we do not hold, and we never substitute a document from a different batch.
How quickly do you dispatch?
Orders placed on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours, tracked. Free UK delivery applies over £100.
Where do you ship?
The United Kingdom only. Our Romanian storefront serves the EU separately.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Card and cryptocurrency are not enabled, and the checkout will only ever show a payment method that is genuinely live.
