1. Who We Are

SYN HEALTH LTD (company number 17294011) operates this website under the Synhealth brand and is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact: synhealth.pept@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us directly: name, email address, delivery address and any message you send us. When you place an order we hold a record of the products, quantities and total value of that order. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser and is not visible to us unless you contact us or complete checkout.

3. Payment Information

Payment is currently by UK bank transfer only. We do not collect or store card numbers, expiry dates, CVV details or cryptocurrency wallet information. Bank transfer payments are matched manually against the order reference you are given.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process and dispatch your order; send order and payment confirmations; respond to enquiries; send discount codes or research updates if you opt in to our newsletter; detect and prevent fraud; and meet our legal and tax obligations.

5. Legal Basis For Processing

We rely on performance of a contract (processing your order), consent (newsletter emails, which you can withdraw at any time) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security and improving our service).

6. Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only with the third parties needed to run the site and fulfil orders: Resend (transactional and marketing email), Supabase (order and subscriber records — your name, email address, delivery address and order contents), Netlify (website hosting, form submissions and saved-cart records — your email address and cart contents), Google (web font delivery — your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads) and our delivery carrier. These providers only receive the data they need to perform their function. We do not sell your personal data.

7. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where this happens we rely on their standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

Order and transaction records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your query.

9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email synhealth.pept@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

10. Cookies

This site uses a small number of essential cookies and browser storage needed to run the shopping cart and remember your research-use confirmation. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full detail.

11. Children

This website and its products are intended for researchers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised.

13. Contact Us
