We publish what we can evidence and nothing more. If we do not hold a document for the batch you received, we will tell you that rather than send you a document from a different one.
One specification
Every compound is supplied to a fixed specification in sterile vials, lyophilised unless stated otherwise.
Batch documentation
Where documentation is held for a lot, we provide it on request against your order reference.
What we will not claim
No invented certificates, no third-party laboratory we do not use, and no purity figure we cannot evidence.
Requesting documentation for your batch
Enter the batch or order reference printed on your paperwork and the email address we should reply to. We will send whatever documentation we hold for that specific lot — and say so plainly if we hold none.
Published manufacturer’s certificates
For the compounds below, the manufacturer’s certificate of analysis for a recent production batch is published. Each is issued by the manufacturer against their internal specification and includes the chromatogram for that lot. The lot you receive may differ — batch-specific documentation remains available on request.
