Order Review Policy

1. Why Orders May Be Reviewed

To protect researchers, payment integrity and our research-only position, SYN HEALTH LTD may manually review an order before dispatch. Review may happen where payment details, quantities, delivery information or customer communications require additional checks.

2. Right To Refuse Or Cancel

We may refuse service, cancel an order or limit quantities before dispatch where we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent, unlawful, outside our Research Use Policy, incorrectly priced, affected by a stock issue, or otherwise unsuitable for fulfilment.

3. Verification Checks

A review may include payment confirmation, address verification, fraud screening, quantity checks and confirmation that the purchase is for legitimate laboratory or in vitro research use. We may contact you by email if additional information is needed.

4. Suspected Misuse

We will not knowingly fulfil orders where there is reason to believe products may be administered to humans or animals, resold with medical claims, or used in a way that conflicts with the buyer declaration accepted at checkout.

5. Refunds On Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been received, any refund due will be processed by UK bank transfer.

6. Quantity Limits

We may limit quantities per order, customer or address to maintain fair supply and reduce misuse risk. If this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.
