Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently dispatch to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders are normally prepared within 1 UK business day after payment has cleared and any required order review has been completed. Bank transfer orders are dispatched only once cleared funds are matched to the order reference.

3. Delivery Time & Cost

UK orders are sent using tracked delivery. Tracked Standard is free on orders over £100 and otherwise charged at the checkout rate shown in your cart. Royal Mail Special Delivery may be offered as an upgrade for the additional price shown at checkout.

4. Packaging

All orders are sent in discreet, plain outer packaging with no product branding visible, and with cold-chain packaging where a product requires it.

5. Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been prepared for dispatch. Courier delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not at the moment an order is placed.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery, cause a parcel to be returned, or require a new shipping charge before the order can be sent again.

7. Failed Or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact synhealth.pept@gmail.com with your order reference and tracking number. We will review the tracking history and, where appropriate, open a courier investigation.

8. Returned Or Uncollected Parcels

Where an order is returned because of failed delivery attempts, an uncollected parcel, or incorrect address details you supplied, we may ask for an additional shipping payment before resending. This does not affect your statutory rights: where you cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 we refund the price of the goods together with the standard outbound delivery charge, up to the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option, in accordance with Regulation 34.
