1. Acceptance Of These Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Research Use Policy and, where relevant, our Shipping and Refund policies.

2. Eligibility & Buyer Declaration

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing strictly for laboratory, in vitro or other non-human research use, that you are a qualified researcher or professional acting within your own legal and institutional obligations, and that you will not administer, ingest, inject or otherwise use any product on a human or animal.

3. Nature Of Our Products

All products sold on this website are laboratory research chemicals supplied for research use only (RUO). They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or supplements, are not licensed for human or veterinary use in the United Kingdom, and no statement on this website should be read as medical, dosing or treatment advice.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Adding an item to your cart and submitting payment is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order; until then we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of clause 2.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We currently accept UK bank transfer only. Bank transfer orders are prepared once cleared funds are matched to the order reference and any required review has been completed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

6. Order Review

Some orders may be held for manual review before dispatch. This can include payment checks, address checks, unusually high quantities, suspected fraud or any indication that products may be used outside the Research Use Policy. See our Order Review Policy for more detail.

9. No Medical Or Health Claims

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, and we make no claims about the safety, efficacy or suitability of any product for any use beyond laboratory research. Any published research references are for scientific context only.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and product photography, is owned by or licensed to SYN HEALTH LTD and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYN HEALTH LTD is not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse of a product outside its stated research purpose, from a buyer's failure to comply with clause 2, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your rights in respect of goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own jurisdiction, and the mandatory consumer-protection law of that jurisdiction continues to apply to you. Otherwise, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
